An emergency mode was introduced in Taganrog, Rostov region, in the area of damaged facilities after an attack by drones (UAVs), said on November 25 in the Telegram channel by the head of the city Svetlana Kambulova, APA reports, citing Izvestia.
She clarified that as a result of the enemy's attack, several apartment buildings, a private household, a building of a Mechanical college, two industrial enterprises and kindergarten No. 17 were damaged.
"A local emergency regime has been introduced within the boundaries of these houses and institutions," she wrote.
