Stepan Galstyan has been dismissed from the position of deputy Chief of Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces, APA reports.
Armenian President Armen Sarkissian has signed an order in this regard.
Stepan Galstyan was fired from the position with the suggestion of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
The former deputy chief of staff has been arrested on corruption and embezzlement charges. He was appointed to this post in June 2018.
