Today, the deadline for illegal migrants in the Russian Federation to legalize their status has expired, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
Starting from September 11, foreigners who fail to legalize their status will be deported, and their future entry into Russian territory will be restricted.
Information about illegal migrants will be entered into the register of monitored individuals.
Note that in April of this year, President Vladimir Putin signed a decree extending the deadline for regulating the legal status of illegal migrants until September 10.
