During the 44-day war, the number of servicemen who deserted from the Armenian army is perhaps more than 11 thousand, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Armenian Parliament on Defense and Security Issues Andranik Kocharyan said while commenting on the speech of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s wife Anna Akopyan regarding desertion of 11 thousand soldiers in the war, APA reports citing Sputnik Armenia.
