Armenian PM: We are keen on continuing to develop the existing political dialogue with NATO

"We are keen on continuing to develop the existing political dialogue", Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in a joint press statement with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg in Yerevan, APA reports.

He noted that Armenia is interested in expanding its partnership with the alliance as well as its individual member states: "We hope that the new format of the Armenia-NATO partnership, the individually tailored partnership program will soon be approved. In the light of the developments that occurred in our region, it is extremely important for Armenia to strengthen its resistance and to develop the relevant defense capabilities."

Pashinyan also emphasized that the official Yerevan expects the solid support of the international community, including NATO, to the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
