“Establishing diplomatic relations with Türkiye and opening the borders is now only a matter of time, as there are currently no serious obstacles to this process," said Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a panel discussion at the Paris Peace Forum, APA reports, citing Armenian media.
“I think this will happen. How soon — that is another matter. I believe we are approaching the moment when full diplomatic relations, open borders, and economic and political cooperation will be established, and we will be normal neighbors. I am sure this moment is approaching, but I cannot specify the exact time,” Pashinyan emphasized.
