Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan noted that the people will have to decide on peace or not in the upcoming elections, at a briefing held for journalists today, APA reports.
Regarding amendments to the Constitution, Pashinyan noted that a decision on amendments will be made if necessary.
"If during the ratification process the Constitutional Court decides that the initialing of the peace agreement contradicts the Constitution, I will personally initiate constitutional amendments. There is no need to think about this at the moment, but we have an agenda for adopting a new Constitution," Pashinyan said.
