The Armenian Ministry of Defense constantly receives specialized consulting services from France and the United States, while Greece also provides coordinated assistance to the ministry in a number of areas, said Defense Minister Suren Papikyan during the 108th "Rose-Roth" seminar of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, APA reports, citing Armenian media.
Papikyan noted that at the current stage, the main efforts are focused on the preparation of strategic documents with new models and standards, the modernization of the structure and management system of the Armed Forces, the development of education and training opportunities, and other areas.
