Cooperation between Armenia and the European Union in various areas, including in the field of increasing resilience to hybrid threats, is permanent and not new, Armenian media cited Ani Badalyan, spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as saying this, APA reports.

“In this regard, taking into account the experience and tools possessed by the EU and its member states, cooperation aimed at combating possible hybrid threats while ensuring electoral processes in line with democratic standards is no exception and is being implemented with the support of the EU,” Badalyan said.

Note that, according to the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Vice-President of the European Commission, Kaja Kallas, Armenia has asked us for help in preventing foreign interference.
