Foreign ministers of European Union member states will discuss Armenia at their meeting today, APA reports.
EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice President of the European Commission Kaja Kallas told journalists that the discussion will focus on how the EU can assist Armenia ahead of upcoming elections.
“Elections will be held in Armenia next year. Today, we will discuss how we can help Armenia in this regard. Armenia has asked us for assistance in preventing foreign interference,” Kallas said.
Earlier, Kallas claimed that Russia has intensified a disinformation campaign in Armenia ahead of the parliamentary elections scheduled for 2026.
