Security forces have banned businessman, former MP, and leader of the “Prosperous Armenia” party Gagik Tsarukyan from leaving Armenia, the newspaper Hraparak reported, citing its own sources, APA reports.
According to the publication, the decision was made about a month ago within the framework of a criminal case initiated in 2018–2019.
According to the newspaper, this decision was unexpected even for Tsarukyan’s lawyers.
At the same time, about ten days ago, the State Revenue Committee once again began inspections at the “Shangri La” casino owned by Tsarukyan.
