The Armenian government prepares for the construction of the Megri section of the Arazdayan-Julfa-Ordubad-Megri-Horadiz railway, press service of the Armenian Cabinet of Ministers said on Wednesday that the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan said, APA-Economics reports quoting TASS.
"We have already announced that we are starting preparations for the construction of the Megri section of the Arazdayan-Julfa-Ordubad-Megri-Horadiz railway. I must emphasize that, of course, in the context of which we all know, the issue of opening regional communications clearly contains certain problems and threats, but I must also emphasize that it has great potential," he said.
