The reason for his arrest is his pretending himself to be ill and hospitalizing over the fake illness during the 44-day war.
During the 44-day war in Karabakh, the deputy commander of the military unit with the rank of colonel received inpatient treatment in a medical institution for 23 days - from October 10 to November 3, under the name of the fake illness, despite the marital law in Armenia.
According to the accusation brought against him, the court arrested him for 2 months.
