"There could be no peace treaties with the Russian Federation, as well as any all-Ukrainian referendums, as long as Russian troops remain in the territories of Ukraine," head of the Ukrainian delegation and the head of the parliamentary faction Servant of the People, David Arakhamia said this in a blitz interview with RBC-Ukraine, APA reports citing Ukrinform.
"Yes, of course," the politician assured, when asked the relevant question.
"Since they have already officially stated that they adhere to the norms of the Vienna Convention, and international guarantors will not sit at the table without it at all, then this is our safeguard. When we reach the conditional signing of an agreement or the moment when it could be seriously discussed, they will have to leave completely. And then we will agree to sign, endorse or validate it,” the head of the Ukrainian delegation said.
