The majority of Russians (79%) positively assess the work of President Vladimir Putin, and almost the same number (77%) trust him, follows to the results of a survey by the Public Opinion Foundation (FOM).
When asked whether the president works rather well or rather poorly in his post, 79% of the respondents answered that "rather well", 9% - believe that "rather badly", 12% - found it difficult to answer.
Answering the question "do you rather trust or rather distrust Putin", 77% of respondents said they trust, do not trust - 13%, 10% - found it difficult to answer.
A representative weekly survey "FOMnibus" was conducted on March 27-27 March with the participation of 1,500 people over 18 years old in 104 urban and rural settlements in 53 constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
The statistical error does not exceed 3.6%.
