Russia, Iran and China have completed joint military exercises in the Gulf of Oman, the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense released information, APA reports.
Note that the practical part of the exercise in the Gulf of Oman with the participation of Iranian, Chinese and Russian Navy ships has ended.
Tasks of the practical part of the joint international maritime exercise held under the name "Maritime Security Belt - 2024" were successfully completed. The results of the exercise will be finalized today, and a closing ceremony will be held with the participation of the military personnel of Iran, China, Russia, as well as observer countries - Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Oman, and India.
Recall that two-day military exercises were held in the Gulf of Oman, Russian sailors conducted joint maneuver and communication exercises with their counterparts from the Iranian and Chinese navies.
More than 20 ships, auxiliary ships and combat boats of the Russian, Iranian and Chinese navies were involved in the exercises.
