According to the statement, the reduction in funding allocated by the U.S. to Armenia has nothing to do wit the quality of the programs implemented in this country and the relations between the two countries.
“The reduction will be related to the programs implemented by the U.S. Agency for International Development, including its embassy in Armenia. The total volume of cuts is not yet known, but the embassy is developing schemes to reduce some of the new programs or speedy completion,” noted the statement.
