Baku-APA. U.S. President Barack Obama is to award the Presidential Medal of Freedom to luminaries including former president Bill Clinton, talk show hostess Oprah Winfrey, as well as posthumously to former senator Daniel Inouye and first female astronaut of the country Sally Ride, the White House said Wednesday, APA reports quoting Xinhua.
