She said Kerry would visit Geneva on March 2 to address a meeting of the UN Human Rights Council. During the trip, he would also meet with Lavrov and their discussions would concern, apart from Ukraine, a number of regional issues presenting mutual interest.
After talks with Lavrov, Kerry's agenda featured a meeting in Montreux with Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif that would be part and parcel of the continued talks on settling the situation around the Iranian nuclear programme, which were formally coordinated by the EU.
