The amount of scholarships established for students who showed the highest results in the entrance exams to universities of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been increased, it is reflected in the decree of President Ilham Aliyev "On amendments to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 564 dated September 3, 2001" On the establishment of the Presidential Scholarship for university students of the Republic of Azerbaijan," APA reports.
According to the decree, the amount of the Presidential Scholarship established for 102 students who showed the highest results in the entrance exams to universities of the Republic of Azerbaijan was increased from 210 to 250 manat.
This Decree will come into force on January 1, 2022.
