Azerbaijan’s Central Election Commission (CEC) must complete the process of preparing ballots for extraordinary presidential election and approve the form and number of ballots by March 7.
This is reflected in the CEC-approved Calendar Plan of main actions and measures for the preparation and conduct of extraordinary presidential elections.
The process of submitting voting protocols from the CEC to district election commissions and from district election commissions to precinct election commissions must be completed at least 4 days prior to the voting, by April 7.
The CEC will complete the preparation of ballot papers at least 10 days prior to the voting day, by April 1.
Information Center of the CEC Secretariat will publish preliminary information on voter turnout on the voting day 5 times a day – at 10.00, 12.00, 15.00, 17.00 and 19.00.
