A march has been organized by the Communist Party of Russia to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Great October Revolution.
Representatives of the left-wing political forces from different countries joined the march, APA’s Moscow correspondent reported.
The demonstrators marched through the Pushkin Square to the Revolution Square waving the flags of the Lenin Komsomol, portraits of Lenin and Stalin, as well as chanting communist slogans. Then a rally was held in front of Statue of Karl Marx in the Revolution square.
Leader of the Russian Communist Party Gennady Zyuganov said that over 130 delegations from 80 countries were visiting Russia on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the October Revolution.
