A shocking murder was committed in Sabirabad region of Azerbaijan, APA’s regional bureau reports.
Resident of Ulajali village of the Sabirabad region Royal Shakir oglu Mammadov, born 1987, killed his 7-year-old son with a hammer.
According to the report, released from the prison R. Mammadov blamed his wife for betrayal, arguing that the father of the child is another man. During the conflict, the former prisoner tried to kill his wife, but she managed to escape. Deciding to remove the insult on the child, R. Mammadov dragged his son to the basement of the inactive rural dining room, where he severely dealt with him, striking his head with hammer six times.
R. Mammadov and his wife were detained by the police.
