Kucuk gave information about his activity after resignation. He stated that he was engaged in issues related to Turkish world. He mentioned that he was a member of World Azerbaijanis Congress and attended assemblies held in Europe. The General added that he was elected Head of World Azerbaijanis Congress during one of the assemblies in Germany. He refused chairmanship in favor of Gulamrza Sabri Tabrizi, a worker at London University, because of difficulties to be occurred for being only Turkish attendee at the assembly.
“Name of Tabrizi has also been declined in indictment,” he said
Kucuk underlined that if he intended to establish a secret army, he would do it before resignation.
“I was reported that I ordered 10.000 military caps in Turkey, but I ordered it in Azerbaijan simultaneously for lack of money. As if it is free service in Azerbaijan. I was accused of collecting 10.000 people in Ankara, delivering caps to them and organizing rally against Grand National Assembly of Turkey led by resigned General Khurshid Tolon and others. Thus in this case, soldier will permit us to seize the Parliament. These claims are absurd”, he said.
The trial is held in jail near Silivri settlement, Istanbul.
