APA reports that Baku Court of Grave Crimes completed on Wednesday the hearing on the case of Tamerlan Asadullayev. The court issued a verdict. According to the verdict, T. Asadullayev got suspended sentence and was released in courtroom.
A quarrel occurred in Senator restaurant in Yasamal district of Baku on April 10, a man was stabbed.
Spokesman for Prosecutor General's Office Eldar Sultanov told APA that the Investigation Department of Yasamal District Police Office had launched a criminal case on the fact under articles #126.2.4 (deliberate infliction of serious bodily harm) and 221.3 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code.
Sultanov noted that Tamerlan Asadullayev was brought to justice under these charges and Yasamal District Court sentenced him to 4-month pre-trial detention.
