The Azerbaijani websites are regularly undergoing cyber attacks: “Taking into account current conditions, owners of local information resources, public and private organizations are paying more attention to information security and sustainable activity of the websites.”
Electronic Security Center also said that it had tightened its operations to ensure the security of Azerbaijani information resources: “Thus, one can appeal to the Center regarding any incident in defending against cyber attacks. People can use hot line (1654) and e-mail addresses ("reports@cert.az" or www.cert.az).”
