Sikorski said he is convinced that the upcoming four-party meeting on the Ukrainian crisis in Geneva will help find solutions that will prevent any further escalation of the situation in Ukraine.
The Minister noted that Vladimir Putin wants to federalize Ukraine like Bosnian model, instead of German or Swiss models, but it can create uncontrolled situation and make impossible to implement reforms in Ukraine. Sikorski said that the USSR faced confrontation with the West and lost. However, disproportion between the East and West is much greater today.
