Rescuers have established contact with one of the two people, the aircraft's pilot and one passenger, onboard the plane, but have not been able to reach them, according to local authorities.
The agricultural spraying aircraft allegedly took off from Serbia.
It is not immediately known what had caused the crash, but dense fog and continuous rain might have led to the accident.
