Minister said as these buildings have not been given acceptance certificates, it is not right to supply them with gas.
Minister said they appealed to the Cabinet of Ministers regarding the buildings delivered in Baku and other big cities without state act.
“One should not seek culprits. You know that before those who constructed buildings sold them and people purchased. Orders were also given at that time. People are not guilty, either. As a way out of this problem, it is planned to make state acts regarding such buildings. Giving acceptance certificates is not in the competence of only the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Gas, water supply and sewage system will be available after state acts are adopted. I understand the people's discontent. But law must be observed in everything, including these issues,” he said.
