"Education is always the greatest gift, and Azerbaijan's investment in this field is a major development," founder of the global travel club NomadMania Harry Mitsidis told journalists, during his visit to Khankendi, APA reports.
He noted that based on his observations, students at Karabakh University are in high spirits:
“This is my third trip to Karabakh, but my first visit to Khankendi. What surprised me the most was that a university is operating here—I had no prior knowledge of this. I’m a lecturer myself, so interacting with students is always a pleasure. My observations show that the students here are very positive. They are proud to be part of this new higher education institution in its very first year. Education is always the greatest gift, and Azerbaijan’s investment in this area is a significant move.”
