"International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) uses whichever road the related institutions agree on," Head of the Public Relations Department of the ICRC office in Baku Ilaha Huseynova said as she answered journalists' questions, APA reports.
According to her, the organization operates based on the consent of both countries: "ICRC is operating based on the consent between both countries. Initially, because an agreement was reached to use the Lachin road, the Committee was using that road. Later an agreement was reached to use the Aghdam road and we started use that road."
