The head of Rossotrudnichestvo, Yevgeny Primakov has confirmed that he received a note from Azerbaijan regarding the necessity of registering the Russian Cultural Center ("Rus Evi") in Baku, he said it during a broadcast on the Rossiya-24 television channel, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
"It is stated there that our representative office, must be registered as a legal entity according to Russian Information and Cultural Center local legislation, known as "Rus Evi" (Russian House) among the people," Primakov emphasized.
According to him, the "Russian House" in Baku must vacate the building it is renting within a month and a half: "Because the owner has announced his intention to sell the building urgently. The owner of the other building with which negotiations are underway has taken a break for now."
