He visited the area where the terrorist incident was committed by the Armenian Armed Forces during the Patriotic War.
Kamran Aliyev visited the memorial complex in Victory Park and got acquainted with the area destroyed by the Armenian rocket attack. There, as a sign of respect for the memory of the civilians who died during the Armenian terror, flowers were arranged around the destroyed houses.
