"Non-completion of certification process of teachers violates the principle of people having equal rights," it has been reflected in the report of Cabinet of Ministers on its activity on 2023, APA reports.
It has been noted that the certification of teachers today is one of the main criteria for increasing their salaries.
Also, since this process is not carried out everywhere in the country, it is very important to speed it up:
"The non-completion of the process violates the principle of people having equal rights. So, since the certification of teachers in Jalilabad district has not been carried out, salary increases based on this criterion are not applied to them."
It has also reported that in 2023, 31,300 educators participated in the certification, and 23,200 of them successfully passed the test and interview stage. 5,300 teachers who passed certification received 35% supplements to the salaries and 17,900 teachers received 10%.
