Since January 1 of this year, application of the electronic prescription system began in all medical institutions operating in Azerbaijan, Center of Analytical Expertise told to APA’s inquiry.
It was noted that full transition to the system in both private and state medical institutions will be provided gradually by the end of the year: “A separate access to the system is created for persons who have the authorization to write prescriptions whether working in private or public medical institutions. These persons write prescriptions in “write a prescription” section by entering the system.”
