"We are working together with the government of Azerbaijan to create a common database for the use of information on missing and captured persons in Azerbaijan," Forensic Coordinator at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Elif Gunce Eskikoy said, APA reports.

According to her, joint work is currently underway in this regard:

"The access to some data by relevant institutions in Azerbaijan is low. Therefore, both our institution and the government of Azerbaijan are currently working to create a common base".
