Another resettlement took place in the city of Khankendi and the Khojaly and Aghdara districts on September 22 as part of the Great Return program, the Public Relations Department of the Restoration, Construction and Management Service in Khankendi city and the Aghdara and Khojaly districts told APA.
At this stage, 35 families comprising 136 people returned to their native lands. As part of the resettlement, 3 families (13 people) were relocated to Khankendi city, 5 families (22 people) to Karkijahan settlement, 7 families (31 people) to Tazabina village in Khojaly district, 5 families (22 people) to Khanyurdu village, 2 families (10 people) to Khanabad village, 1 family (4 people) to Ballija village, 4 families (14 people) to Vangli village in Aghdara district, 4 families (11 people) to Chapar village, and 4 families (9 people) to Ashaghi Oratagh village.
The resettled families were presented with the keys to their new apartments.
The phased return of former internally displaced persons to the liberated territories continues under the Great Return program.
