"Our currently existing law "On Perpetuation of the Martyr's Name and Benefits to the Martyr's Families" is the most long-standing law," Head of the Social Legislation Department of Azerbaijan's Parliament Adil Valiyev said at the meeting of the Science and Education Committee of Milli Majlis held today, APA reports.
He noted that this law was adopted in 1993 during the period of the Great Leader: "A new draft law will enter Milli Majlis regarding this soon. All the issues will be concentrated in the new law."
