Under the proposed amendment to the law "On Civil Service" which has been discussed today at the Milli Majlis session, position of representative of the President for Special Assignments on special tasks is included in the first classification of administrative positions, APA reports.
The draft law was prepared in order to use the rights and guarantees of civil servants for the relevant classified positions of the persons performing this duty and to perform their duties.
After the discussions, the draft law was put to vote and adopted in the first reading.
