“Her father said that Hokuma died. She studied in Russia until the 6th grade and loved her Homeland deeply. Later we returned to Homeland, where she pursued higher education and became a lawyer," Samukh district resident Kamala Aliyeva, the mother of Hokuma Aliyeva, a crew member who died during the AZAL plane crash, told APA.
She stated that Hokuma had been working for AZAL since 2016: “Hokuma was a cheerful person. She had visited many countries and always told us to be proud of her. Once, after returning from a trip, she said their plane almost crashed... This time, the crash happened, and my daughter couldn’t survive.”
Note that Hokuma Aliyeva, born in 1991, was originally from Kalbajar district and a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Baku State University.
