In the Al-Khuwar genocide committed in 1852, using chloroform gas, they destroyed 2,500 people of the region with a population of 3,500 people, i.e. 75 percent of the total population, Advisor to the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Algeria Youcef Houri said at the international conference themed "Neocolonialism: Violation of Human Rights and Injustice" organized by the Baku Initiative Group, APA reports.
"Today, France wants to be an example to the world in the field of human rights, it teaches everyone in the field of international law, but France is the last country on the planet to teach international law, it has no right to do so," said Youcef Houri.
