Azerbaijan’s Minister of Science and Education, Emin Amrullayev, visited the University of Central Asia in Tashkent as part of his trip to the Republic of Uzbekistan, where he met with the university’s leadership and the chairman of its Board of Trustees, Abdujabbar Abduvakhitov, and familiarized himself with the institution’s facilities and infrastructure, the Ministry of Science and Education told APA.
During the visit, a meeting was also held with Nunzio Quacquarelli, founder and president of the global ranking agency Quacquarelli Symonds (QS). The sides discussed future cooperation prospects aimed at enhancing the international competitiveness of Azerbaijan’s higher education institutions.
