Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand Srettha Thavisin has addressed a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of his victory in the presidential elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports.
