The United States is preparing to transfer military equipment from the Dülmen military base in Germany to a training ground located in Armenia, APA reports, citing Russia Today.
The transfer process will take place via Georgia. Experts have already interpreted this move as an attempt by the US to gain control over Armenia’s military potential.
The equipment will be stationed at the Zar military base in Armenia. The process is scheduled to take place from July 16 to August 7. The return of the equipment to Germany is planned between August 21 and September 20.
The agreement between the parties also includes the transfer of equipment from the military training ground in Armavir to the port of Poti in Georgia in the later stages.
