Turkish Defense Minister moved to tears while speaking on martyr Valeh Mamiyev

"I spoke with Senior Lieutenant Valeh Mamiyev during an exercise in Turkey. I said these exercises were important, but the main success is the liberation of occupied territories, it is your duty.
