"Azerbaijan has completed its struggle to liberate its territories, which have been under occupation for 30 years," Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar, who was on a visit to Jabrayl, told reporters, APA reports.
The minister said that "restoration of lands, the return of our Azerbaijani brothers who were displaced from their homes, give us a great feeling of satisfaction”:
"After the end of the war and when full security is secured, the economic war begins. In this regard, we observe the development in livestock, agriculture, and the rapid construction of roads and bridges. As I always say, Azerbaijan is not alone. We are two states, one nation. Being aware of this, Turkiye and Azerbaijan continue to work shoulder to shoulder, arm to arm, as a single heart and wrist. And the future will be much better, both in terms of security and prosperity. The leadership of our Presidents Recep Tayyip Erdogan and President Ilham Aliyev is the basis for us," Akar stated.
