Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar had telephone conversations with Azerbaijani Defense Minister, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov and Chief of the State Border Service (SBS), Colonel-General Elchin Guliyev, according to the information of Turkish Defence Ministry, APA’s bureau in Turkey reports citing Turkish Ministry of Defence.
H. Akar expressed his condolences over the victims of the military helicopter crash and wished the wounded a speedy recovery.
“Hulusi Akar has extended condolences to friend brother country Azerbaijan,” the information reads.
