“Today, is, actually a historical day. Thus, as of 2023, it will be 32 years of Turkish-Azerbaijani military relations and the 10 years of joint military exercises,” Yucel Karavuz, a retired general, military attaché of Türkiye in Baku during 2011-2013 years, said to journalists.
General said that, this military exercise is the highest level of interstate military relations: “Here, NATO’s the second strongest army, and South Caucasus’ the strongest army are sending a message of peace to both the region and the world.”
