A total of 30 military exercises will be held this year, said Deputy Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan - Chief of the General Staff of the Azerbaijani Army, Colonel General Karim Valiyev, at an event held on August 30 - Victory Day - at the Turkish Embassy in Azerbaijan, APA reports.
He said that at the same time, more than 70 conferences, seminars, courses and exercises were held: "It is planned to increase the number and scale of these events by the end of the year. In addition, special attention is paid to exercises with the participation of the armies of Azerbaijan and Türkiye, as well as military personnel of friendly countries. In September, the "Endless Brotherhood" multinational exercise is planned to be held in our country with the participation of special forces from Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Pakistan and Qatar."
