"Bodies of our numerous servicemen, who were handed over to Azerbaijan during the Patriotic War, were examined by us. We have witnessed brutalities such as signs of special cruelty, merciless treatment on them, cutting throats of some of them alive, peeling face skin off, cutting their auricles and noses," said Chairman of Investigation Department of Prosecutor General's Office Nemat Avazov at the conference on "War crimes by Armenia against people of Azerbaijan during latest 30 years" organized by Center for Social Researches, APA reports.
Nemat Avazov has added that these materials are reflected in facts of criminal cases: "Why do not they react to these? Because double standards do not allow it."
